Comments: Product sales were up 2% to $3.7 billion in 4Q09. Sales in the U.S. were $2.9 billion (-1%) for the quarter, while International sales were up 11% to $861 million. Foreign exchange positively impacted 4Q09 sales by $35 million. Worldwide sales of Aranesp were $648 million in the quarter (-8%). Sales of Epogen were up 9% to $703 million. Combined worldwide sales of Neulasta and Neupogen were $1.2 billion (+2%). Sales of Enbrel in the quarter were flat at $912 million. Worldwide sales of Sensipar were $171 million (+12%). Vectibix sales for the quarter were $66 million (+43%). For the year, total product sales were $14.4 billion (-2%). U.S. sales for year totaled $11.1 billion (-3%). International sales were flat at $3.2 billion.
